Requirements before you request a form
You will need to have applied for a Student Loan and returned your Student Loan Contract before using this service.
You can check the status of your Student Loan via the Application Details service in MyStudyLink.
Where we send the form
We will send the form to the address provided in our system. You can check this via the Personal Details service in MyStudyLink.
If you have provided a Postal Address, we will send the form there, otherwise it will be sent to your Study Address.
If no current address exists, the form will not be sent.
You are able to provide or update your address after requesting the form. This must be done before 9pm on the same day that you requested the form.
Postage time
Your Course-related Costs claim form will be sent to you in the post. This generally takes 3 to 5 working days.
If you have a 'fees only' Student Loan
If you have applied for a Student Loan to cover your course fees only, and now want to claim for the Course-related Costs part, you'll need to:
- Make sure you have a bank account set up for your Student Loan. You can check this in the Personal Details service of MyStudyLink.
- Give us a call on 0800 88 99 00 to request the claim form. Please have your client number handy.
