Why do you need a payment card PIN

To help secure your money, your payment card will need a 4 digit PIN.

When do you need to add the PIN

You’ll need a PIN whenever you use your payment card (in stores, applying for help from us). Add your PIN before using your card.

How to change the PIN if you forget the PIN or if the PIN has been locked after setting up your PIN

You can always reset your 4 digit PIN in MyStudyLink. To do that, select the payment card from Payment Cards and reset the PIN using the Reset PIN button.
